Job summary

The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, managed by Sage Hospitality Group, seeks a bartender to join our iconic property. You will set up and mix drinks, service guests, and maintain high standards while supporting profit goals.

Qualifications

• Bartending training and certification.
• TIPS certification.
• Minimum 6 months bartending experience.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following guidelines and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest service, maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash and process payments per company policies.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists, and maintain required pars.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws; ensure pars are kept and sidework is performed as scheduled.
