Job summary

The Rally Hotel in Denver, operated by Sage Hospitality Group, seeks a part-time, hourly Banquet Food Service team member to provide prompt and courteous service. You will set up, serve, and break down events while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have basic customer service knowledge and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Education: high school or equivalent; prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles.
• Experience in food service function and restaurant operations is preferred.
• Must be able to follow policies and procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Read BEO and complete set-up.
• Set tables correctly and uniformly.
• Keep station neat and clean while serving guests.
• Assist in setting up/breaking down buffet and other service tables.
• Greet and serve guests according to policies.
• Follow money-handling procedures for all orders.
• Complete assigned side work.
• Remain attentive to customers during dining experience.
• Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Travel locally for outside catering functions.
