Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking Banquet Server(s) to help create memorable experiences during receptions, meetings, trainings, and events. You will deliver attentive service, coordinate with team, and ensure smooth operations for each course and station.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior hospitality or serving experience is a plus, and a courteous demeanor helps you excel in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Arrange place settings, tables, chairs, linens according to Banquet Event Order (BEOs).
• Must be able to carry trays of food from staging areas, pour water and wine, while servicing multiple course meals and buffet lines.
• Communicate effectively with guest regarding menu questions and any special dietary needs.
• Set up, execute, and maintain clean tables between the different courses.
• Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests.
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-tyle meal services (training provided) to Brand and company standards.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.

We are hiring Banquet Server(s)

As a Banquet Server you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and other special events. Your passion for service, teamwork, and attention to detail will ensure that every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
