Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. at Hollywood Casino St. Louis is hiring a Banquet Server.

You will set buffet lines, prepare stations, serve plated meals, and coordinate with banquet staff to deliver outstanding guest service at events. Applicants should have prior banquet or restaurant service experience, be able to read and write English, and maintain a positive, energetic attitude under pressure. Pay starts at $7.50 per hour plus tips, with benefits beginning Day 1 and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Banquet and/or restaurant service experience required.
• Knowledge of proper restaurant sanitation procedures.
• Outgoing personality with strong work habits.
• Ability to read and write in English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sets buffet lines with proper equipment, supplies, and decor.
• Sets tables with silverware, napkins, condiments, centerpieces, etc.
• Prepares and serves beverages and plated meals to guests.
• Removes used items and maintains a clean workspace during events.
• Coordinates with banquet staff to deliver excellent guest service.
• Adheres to policies and supports smooth event breakdown.
