Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet items according to standard recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling practices.
• Receive and store deliveries and manage proper storage.
• Collaborate with kitchen management and other departments.
• Assist in planning and executing events and displays.
