Job summary

Little Rock Marriott in downtown Little Rock is seeking a friendly Banquet Server to deliver outstanding service at weddings, conferences, and other events.

You will clear tables, reset venues, and coordinate with the banquet team to ensure smooth event execution, while upholding food safety standards and presenting a polished appearance. This role offers a dynamic hospitality environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
• Clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
