Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, customer focused Room Service Server to join our La Quinta Resort and Club team. You will take guests' orders over the phone and deliver food and beverage to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Take guests’ orders over the phone and deliver food & beverage to guest rooms.
• Ensure accurate food orders and timely delivery.
• Submit signed checks and reconcile daily sales.
• Assist with collection of Room Service trays and maintain cleanliness and professional appearance.
