Banquet Servers Needed
Urgent - start fast. Weekends and/or Weekdays. Lots of happenings going, multiple shifts available.

SGA Lists, LLC is a hospitality-focused staffing group based in Saratoga Springs, NY. We are seeking Servers to join our team in Lake Placid, NY, and help support our clients by providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards serving guests and co-workers.

Job Summary:

A Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional service during special events, banquets, and catering functions. They play a key role in ensuring guests have a positive experience by serving food and beverages, setting up and clearing tables, and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Preparation: Assist in setting up banquet halls and event spaces, arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary items according to event specifications.
2. Service Excellence: Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to guests during events. Serve food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and quality.
3. Table Maintenance: Clear tables promptly, reset them for the next course, and ensure that tables are clean and properly arranged throughout the event.
4. Communication: Collaborate with the event coordinator and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
5. Guest Interaction: Interact with guests, respond to their requests, and address any concerns or special requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
6. Adherence to Standards: Follow established service and safety guidelines, including food handling, alcohol service, and health and safety regulations.
7. Clean-Up: Assist in breaking down event spaces after the function, ensuring all items are stored properly and the space is left clean and orderly.
8. Teamwork: Work closely with other banquet servers and event staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient service team.

Qualifications:
