Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount
• Must adhere to Blue Chip Policies and Procedures at all times
• Serves all guests according to established standards of quality
• Completes all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion according to Banquet Event Order
• Adheres to food and beverage policies and procedures and state liquor laws
• Relays all guest compliment/complaints to appropriate supervisor
• Observes diners and responds to additional requests and to determine when meal is completed
• Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, congenial, polite, professional and efficient attitude
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
• Performs all relative miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager.

Compensation

• $7.25 per hour.

Qualifications

Experience

• ABO is required (preferred)
• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp (preferred)
• Ability to handle all types of guest related situations (preferred)
• Shift assignments may be irregular, and will cover days, nights, weekends and holidays (preferred)
• Communicate (hear, speak, read, and legibly write in English) with and promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, departments and guests (preferred)
• Must speak, understand English (Required) (required)

Licenses & Certifications

• Alc. Beverage Operator (required)
