About the Role:

As a Banquet Server, you will play a pivotal role in creating a unique and memorable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include assisting in event preparation and serving food and beverages during banquet/catering functions.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet tables, serve beverages and food according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Take beverage orders, process payments, maintain cleanliness, understand Banquet Event Orders, and work well with team members.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Restaurant or Banquet Food Server preferred
• Hyatt brand experience is beneficial
• Minimum age of 21 to serve alcohol
• Passion for culinary arts, food, and beverage, with a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand English; Spanish is a plus
• Ability to handle food safely
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Compensation: $8.40 hourly
