You will greet guests, assist with seating, refresh beverages, and support the service during meals and events. Banquet Server

Overview:

Activities of the banquet server is to set the tables per the banquet event order (BEO). During a business meeting you would be asked to refresh waters, coffee, or light snacks. While a social event is going on the server will serve food and beverages or refreshing the buffet to accommodate the guests. See to the comfort of guests by answering questions, taking orders and relay important special orders and allergies to the kitchen.
