1. Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned functions

3. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food courteously and efficiently
4. Restock buffet items as per specifications
5. Take beverage orders and process payments as required
6. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas
