Big Canyon Country Club is now accepting Applications for:Banquet ServerThe Banquet Server performs food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with members and their guests in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffetAble to read and understand BEO'sCarrying plates of food on trays and serving guestsKeep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensilsPerform cleaning tasks and breakdown of serviceMaintain a high standard of safety and cleanlinessAdhere to grooming and appearance standardsFrequently walking with some standing at a time, possibly extended distances; ability to bend and climb stairs when necessaryAbility to perform work duties on different walking surfaces (ex.
