Job summary

Nashville Downtown Hotel Llc/ Nashville, TN, seeks a banquet server to set up banquet spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction during events. You will maintain service standards, attend pre-event roll calls, and keep the room organized and safe throughout functions.

Responsibilities include replenishing drinks, clearing courses as guests finish, and resetting the room for subsequent events, all while adhering to state, federal, and company alcohol-service guidelines.

• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Promptly remove dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal.
• Set up banquet room with linen, service-ware and glassware.
• Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Reset banquet room after function for next event.
• Maintain a safe work environment for co-workers and guests.
