As a part-time Banquet Server, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of events, serving food and beverages, setting up, upkeep, breakdown, and cleaning functions.

Responsibilities

1. Serve food and beverages to guests and set up/break down banquet rooms per contract and manager's instructions.
2. Prepare work areas (e.g., coffee and bread stations) before functions.
3. Handle guest requests, seeking assistance from manager/supervisor when needed.
4. Communicate regularly with manager/supervisor on work progress.
5. Maintain cleanliness in banquet rooms, public areas, and storage.
6. Manage inventory of supplies.
7. Uphold high standards of quality and service.
8. Perform other duties as directed by the manager.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and/or banquet serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and food and beverage service standards.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Ability to understand and respond quickly to guest requests.
• Proficiency in English for instructions and communication.
