DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown is seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Temporary Part-Time Banquet Servers during the holiday season. You will contribute to high-quality events and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment at our downtown hotel.

Join a team dedicated to delivering excellent service, with opportunities to gain hospitality experience and flexible hours. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.

• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.

What you will be doing

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
