DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown is seeking a friendly Banquet Bartender for temporary, part-time work during the holiday season. You will prepare and serve beverages at weddings, parties, and corporate events in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include setting up bars, maintaining supplies, verifying guest age, and using our POS system to ring purchases. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent customer-service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy events.
• Previous bartending, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
• Bartending certification or alcohol-service certification preferred.
• Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcohol.

What you will be doing

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to banquet guests
