The Banquet Server will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction by performing the following responsibilities:

• Perform banquet (dining room) setup and breakdown tasks.
• Take beverage orders and serve food at a designated station.
• Pour and refill beverages before, during, and after meals.
• Clear soiled dishes as needed.
• Clean all assigned work areas in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Inform the supervisor of any member/guest complaints promptly.
• Assist in closing functions by removing linens, bussing glasses, dishes, silverware, and resetting the room.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience as a server preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute a function sheet.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, stand, and walk for long periods.
