Job Summary

The Banquet Server provides banquet service to Members and Guests, maintaining a positive attitude and knowledge of the food and beverage menu. Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide banquet service adhering to company standards.
• Know the banquet, a la carte menus, and daily specials.
• Set up, bus, and clean rooms, preparing for subsequent events.
• Have knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines available.
• Interact professionally with Members/Guests, accommodating requests.

Qualifications

• Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required.
• Completed F&B Service Training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work indoors or outdoors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
