Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down tables, buffet lines, stations, beverage and food service, and cleaning tables for conventions.

The following are general responsibilities and may not be all-inclusive for this position:

1. Deliver guest service in a friendly, approachable manner, always courteous and ready to assist.
2. Learn and understand all Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.’s room outlets and server functions; answer general property questions.
3. Provide excellent guest interactions to enhance satisfaction.
4. Set tables, prepare beverages, and organize condiments.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
6. Coordinate with other service staff to ensure high-quality service.
7. Anticipate guest needs, respond to complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
8. Process payments accurately via POS system.
9. Assist in setup and breakdown of functions, ensuring readiness for subsequent events.
10. Stock supplies and maintain service areas.
11. Follow standard procedures for table setup, dress code, and operation hours.
12. Serve alcohol responsibly, adhering to all regulations and training.
13. Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
14. Adhere to all applicable liquor laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.
15. Maintain equipment and work areas in a sanitary and safe condition.
16. Attend scheduled training sessions and perform duties with attention to detail, safety, and sanitation.
17. Complete all assigned duties, including opening and closing procedures.
18. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
19. Handle guest interactions with resilience and teamwork.
20. Follow SOPs to ensure consistent service quality.
21. Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
