Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is hiring a Banquet Server to deliver world-class service during events and resort gatherings. You will coordinate between guests, kitchen, and bar to curate seamless guest experiences, with a focus on hospitality and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of banquet or food & beverage experience, is available for all shifts including weekends, and can work standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as Banquet Server or related Food & Beverage role.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Providing a world class banquet and event experience in meeting rooms and throughout the resort when warranted.
• Curating the guest experience and acting as conduit between guest, kitchen and bar.
• Demonstrating strong customer service and broad knowledge of products.

As a Banquet Server You Will Be Responsible For

• Providing a world class banquet and event experience in the meeting rooms and throughout the resort when warranted.
• The server curates the guest experience and is the conduit between the guest, the kitchen and the bar.
• The server needs to possess a strong understanding of customer service and a diverse knowledge in products

• One to two years’ experience as Banquet Server, Server or any related Food & Beverage experience
