Job summary

WaTiki Resort at Box Elder Events Center is seeking staff to assist with event setup, guest service, and beverage service. You will greet guests, deliver food and drinks, and support buffet/plated service with training provided. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Experience as bartender/server preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours.
• Ability to carry trays and handle cash responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Setup, execution, and clean up for events.
• Greet guests and accommodate all guests' needs with exceptional service.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided).
• Perform all side-work duties.
• Maintain clean service areas at all times.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
