Job summary

Brackett's Crossing County Club is seeking a prep cook to contribute to culinary success for banquets, member events, and off-site catering. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and passion for food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation.

The position offers a flexible schedule within a full-time/part-time framework and a fast-paced team environment. Wage ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with weekday and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience as prep cook or line cook preferred.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes for banquets, member events, and catering.
• Assist kitchen team with mise en place and line setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all prep areas.

Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour

Position & Kitchen Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Variable, Non-Exempt position. Flexibility to work between the hours of 2:00 – 8:00 pm. Available to work weekdays and weekends.
