AHC Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Cook to support daily prep for our banquet kitchen and employee cafeteria. You will assist in hot and cold preparations, follow recipes, and help maintain quality and presentation per JW Marriott brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen or banquet setting.
• Ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
• Proficient knife skills and basic kitchen equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Kitchen with daily hot and cold prep.
• Prepare, set up, and serve meals for employee cafeteria and 3rd shift associate meal.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating and safe storage of food items.
