Crescent Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Banquet Cook to support JW Marriott Reston Station in Reston, VA. You will prepare high‑quality banquet dishes, follow established recipes, and assist in line setup and shift planning to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over prepare estimated needs.
• Date all food containers and rotate as per Crescent standards, keeping perishables properly cooled.
• Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; note shortages.
• Return unused food to storage with cover/date labeling.
