Hershey Lodge is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to supervise Arrangements and Banquets staff, ensuring top-level service across all events. This full-time role involves coordinating with multiple departments and maintaining guest and employee relations.

Qualifications include 2 years of related experience, 1 year supervisory experience, ServSafe and RAMP certifications, and a valid driver's license. High school diploma or GED required.

• Must have a valid Drivers' License

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Arrangements and Banquets staff; schedule and train.
• Process payroll and enforce service standards.
• Rotate and assist with Convention Center Beverage Department.
• Coordinate with Convention Services, General Kitchen, Culinary, and Beverage departments.
• Design and present buffet and hors d’oeuvres in line with standards.
• Maintain positive employee and guest relations; respond to requests.
• Train staff on safety and sanitation per SOPs and Health guidelines.
• Convey information and work within deadlines.
• Participate in Manager on Duty rotation.
