Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• English proficiency (read, speak, and understand).
• Ability to lift and carry 20–40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff and oversee setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure BEO details are followed and guest needs are met.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Banquet teams during events.
• Prepare end-of-day banquet reports and sign-offs.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and equipment.
