Job summary

Pinehurst Country Club seeks a Banquet Manager to oversee the banquet operations, staffing, and event execution, ensuring exceptional service for members and guests. You will collaborate with the PCC Food & Beverage Manager and internal departments to deliver seamless events and uphold standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, including holiday and multi-outlet coverage.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years related experience in banquet operations or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of banquet department and staffing.
• Coordinate event setup, service and breakdown.
• Work with Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless events.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and conduct training.
