Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Up to two years of food and beverage service experience.

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service and ensures guest satisfaction during events.
• Directs set-up and function flow; supervises staff during events and assists with scheduling.
• Trains and counsels service employees and ensures policy adherence.
• Coordinates payroll tasks for banquet staff and requisition of liquor and other items.
• Ensures health, safety, and sanitation standards and maintains cleanliness of storage and banquet areas.
• Performs other related duties as required.
