Job summary

Stockyards Station in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead events from setup through closeout. You will coordinate with Catering, Culinary, Setup, and Banquet teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2-3 years of banquet or hospitality leadership, strong knowledge of BEOs, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will oversee event spaces and ensure seamless execution across venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of banquet, catering, event, hospitality, or food & beverage leadership experience.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and executing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Flexible schedule - must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Banquet team to ensure events run from setup to closeout.
• Oversee event spaces for proper setup, service, and breakdown.
• Serve as primary liaison among clients, Catering, Culinary, Setup, and Banquet teams.
• Attend BEO meetings and communicate event details to the team.
• Direct banquet servers, bartenders, captains, and support staff during events.
• Ensure service standards, timelines, and guest requests are met.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and post-event closeout.
