Job summary

Hilton Fort Worth in downtown Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Banquet Leadership professional for a full-time role. You will lead, guide and train the banquet team, schedule staff, coach performance, and ensure supplies and beverage procedures are properly managed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The position requires knowledge of food and liquor regulations, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hotel banquet

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Banquet leadership
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws related to food and liquor
• Good communicator with guests and associates
• High work ethic, driven, multi-tasker
• Flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
• Team player focused on great guest experiences
• Ability to sit/stand with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Clear verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and train banquet associates in performing duties at peak service.
• Schedule, evaluate and coach banquet staff; provide feedback when needed.
• Ensure inventory of supplies (glass, china, silver, A/V equipment) is adequate.
• Establish and review alcohol/beverage procedures for security and accountability.
