Responsibilities

• Leads the Conference Center Banquet Housecleaner Staff to meet standards and customer expectations.
• Transports banquet, catering and conference items and oversees setup and takedown.
• Monitors service quality during functions and resolves issues or complaints.
• Reviews schedules to adhere to staffing and budget guidelines.
• Coordinates with conference services, chefs, clients and staff for event setup.
• Ensures facilities and equipment are maintained and operational.
