The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work outdoors/indoors in all weather. On-site work with extended shifts is expected during major events, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading banquet/event setup teams.
• Prior banquet operations in upscale settings preferred or willingness to learn.
• Clean MVR and active driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical set-up and breakdown of banquet/event spaces.
• Lead and train banquet/event setup team members.
• Ensure rooms are set up per event specifications.
