Waterford Hotel Group seeks a Banquet Manager to lead day-to-day banquet operations, ensure flawless events, and maintain exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, coordinate with Sales, Catering, Culinary, and Operations teams, and uphold service standards across social functions and meetings.

The ideal candidate has hospitality leadership experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure.

Qualificações

• Banquet/event management experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily banquet operations, including event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Lead and train banquet staff to ensure service excellence.
• Execute events according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Coordinate with Sales, Catering, Culinary, and Operations teams.
• Ensure rooms are prepared and guest-ready.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs while maintaining standards.
• Manage banquet supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies.
• Step into service roles as needed to support flow.
