Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Strong financial acumen with labor and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all banquet operations for on-site and off-site events.
• Manage event setup, food and beverage service, and guest experience.
• Lead, train, and coach a high-performing team.
