Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside seeks an experienced Banquet Manager or Assistant Manager to oversee banquets and conference facilities, ensuring efficient department operations in line with Hyatt brand standards. The role works as a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the Food & Beverage Department.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role, with asset experience in banqueting service, contributing to guest and owner satisfaction in a high-standard hotel

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Banquet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Experience in managing banqueting service will be an asset.

You will be responsible forthe efficient runningof the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Conference and Banqueting Manager is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food & Beverage Department, overlooking the banquets and conference facilities and operation in the hotel.

Qualifications
