Job summary

Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod is seeking a detail-oriented banquet operations leader to oversee events from planning through execution. You will coordinate with clients, culinary teams, and service staff to deliver memorable experiences that meet high standards for quality, hospitality, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring experience in banquet or event operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Read and execute Banquet Event Orders per event order.

• Coordinate with kitchen, catering, and service teams for seamless execution.
• Develop staffing schedules and assign team members based on event needs.
• Oversee setup, breakdown, and arrangement of banquet spaces as per specifications.
• Monitor service quality and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for banquet operations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Review event details, timelines, and special requests for accuracy.
• Assist with budget control and improve operational efficiency.

• Able to read Banquet Event Orders and execute per the event order
• Partner with clients to understand event requirements, timelines, and service expectations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, catering, and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop staffing schedules and assign team members based on event needs.
• Oversee setup, breakdown, and arrangement of banquet spaces according to event specifications.
• Monitor service quality throughout events and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment needed for banquet operations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards.
• Review event details, timelines, and special requests to confirm accuracy and readiness.
