Job summary

The Wildbirch Hotel is seeking anexperienced Banquet Manager to lead all banquet operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and a superior guest experience. You will plan, organize, and execute events, supervise staff, manage budgets, and work closely with kitchen and catering teams.

This role requires strong leadership, detail-orientation, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in banquets preferably in hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and event planning.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks when needed.
