Chicken-Ranch-Casino is seeking a Line Cook to join our Food and Beverage team. As CRCR Ambassadors, Line Cooks will plan, prepare, and cook food items to ensure the highest quality and guest experience, while keeping the kitchen organized and efficient.

Responsibilities include cooking, plating, monitoring sanitation, handling multiple orders, and assisting with training of Kitchen Team Members. A strong team mindset and commitment to safety are essential for success.

Formación

• 2+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen or fast casual setting.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler Certificate.
• Knowledge of standard cooking, baking, and grilling techniques.
• Knowledge of the nutritional values of various ingredients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Prepare all food items and cook with large-volume cooking equipment.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage multiple orders and ensure timely plating.
• Lead other cooks by expediting from the back of the line.
• Assist with training Kitchen Team Members.
