The Lexington Embassy Suites, part of Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a full-time banquet professional in Lexington, KY. You will lead flawless banquets, set up spaces, supervise staff, and ensure service standards meet guest expectations during events.

Role requires 6+ months banquet experience, food safety and alcohol service certifications (or plan to obtain within 90 days). Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, proficient with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn Delphi for event

Responsabilidades

• Lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments to bring events to life.
• Support the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards are met from start to finish.
• Keep things sparkling—monitor cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top-tier service and guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot AV setups and step in where needed to ensure a smooth experience for guests and team alike.
