Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a banquet supervisor for our Lexington property to lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments to bring events to life. You will supervise staff, set up spaces, and ensure service standards are met from start to finish.

Candidates should have 6+ months banquet experience and be willing to obtain food safety and alcohol service certifications within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of banquet experience and leadership exposure.
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or willingness to obtain them within 90 days).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Delphi for event management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments to bring events to life.
• Support the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards from start to finish.
• Keep things sparkling - monitor cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top-tier service and guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot AV setups and step in where needed to ensure a smooth experience for guests and team alike.
