Job summary

Bentley Legacy in Dallas, TX invites a Banquet Captain to oversee set-up, service, and clean-up for banquet events. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with Banquet Event Orders, and maintain smooth guest experiences during functions.

The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel or related field, supervisory exposure preferred, and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must stand/walk throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations)
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees with a smile.
• Inspect the set-up of meeting and banquet functions, checking them against the Banquet Event Order.
• Perform any other duties as requested by management.
