Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a banquet server or captain is preferred.
• Some supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Supervise banquet servers and coordinate event service.
• Meet with Chef and host to review event orders and arrangements.
• Promote exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Inspect function space for cleanliness and ambiance before events.
