Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to move around locations and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate information clearly to others.
• Willingness to learn recipes and cooking methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, chopping vegetables, making salads, soups, and entrees.
• Ensure proper food storage.
• Learn and follow designated cooking methods and recipes to ensure consistency in menu items.
• Strive to learn and improve cooking skills and knowledge of food products.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management.
