• Checks and dates all deliveries and reports variances to chef in charge.
• Verifies coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
• Processes inventory requisition and receives supplies.
• Prepares the proper amount of food according to production plans.
• Prepares items according to established recipes for consistent product.
