Destination El Paso is seeking a Banquet Kitchen Associate to work in the main kitchen and concessions, preparing food items for our facility and creating appealing buffet presentations.

The role requires at least 1 year of banquet facility experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Flex hours include nights, weekends, and holidays to support events and operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events.
• Ability to work with other staff and handle multiple tasks.
• Creative buffet food presentations and maintaining a quality product.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintaining all Kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
• Must be creative in designing buffet food presentations.
• Preparing recipes as directed.
• Must take direction well.
• Maintain clean safe working environment.
