Position Details:

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Pay Rate: $25.90/hour, based on experience and location
• Union Position: Part of the Local 1 Union. Full availability required; schedule may vary based on seniority and business needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain cleanliness of banquet, meeting, and conference areas to meet standards
• Perform cleaning duties such as restroom sanitation, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, floor waxing, trash removal, and supply stocking
• Ensure equipment is operational and report defects
• Project professionalism to guests and team members
• Assist back-of-house team as needed
• Lift and push banquet equipment
• Assist with setup for Food and Beverage functions
• Lift/pull/push at least 50 pounds
• Follow security, fire, health, and safety regulations
• Attend hotel training sessions

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of meeting room setups, service standards, and guest relations
• Knowledge of table settings and service ware
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors and perform under pressure
