• Refreshes meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks.
• Breaks down meeting rooms after the end of the function.
• Moves conference material boxes and programs from various areas.
• Cares for the equipment.
• Accommodates special customer needs.
• Installs and removes air walls if applicable.
