Paws Up Montana, America’s premier luxury ranch resort, seeks a Banquet Houseperson for seasonal events. You will execute banquet setups precisely per BEOs, maintain high presentation standards, and support event managers with clear communication and professional service in a refined environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating furniture, ensuring equipment readiness, and assisting with on-site production and teardown while upholding safety and guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational or job-related course work.
• Experience in luxury resort, fine dining, or banquet setting preferred.
• Ability to read and execute BEOs and to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply property safety and security procedures.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff to foster a good work environment.
• Coordinate furniture and product delivery with suppliers and departments.
• Revise room layouts for events and ensure proper table and equipment setup.
• Assist Banquet Managers to communicate setup and teardown clearly.
• Support on-site production and clean up for events as needed.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for all
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment
• Assist with the coordination of furniture and product delivery with suppliers, contractors, employees, vendors, and departments
• Assist with revising room layouts for each event
• Assist Banquets/ Event Managers to ensure complete effective communication of proper table and equipment setup and tear-downs
• Assist with on-site production and clean up for events as necessary
• Set all furniture, chairs and necessary equipment per BEO and Banquet Event Manager need
• Ensure proper equipment is working for buffet tables and other food service tables
• Be able to read and execute BEO's

• Exhibit hospitality, professionalism, and pride in representing Paws Up at all times.
• Foster positive and collaborative working relationships with all resort team members.
• Ensure all guest interactions and transactions are handled ethically, legally, and confidentially.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance consistent with resort standards.
• Perform all duties in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner.

Educational, Experience, Licensure Required:

• Current driver’s license with two years driving experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational or job-related course work required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of set up experience, preferably in a luxury resort, fine dining, or banquet setting.
• Strong understanding of world-class hospitality and service standards.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
