The role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong customer service, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• At minimum 2 years previous in customer service in a fast-paced guest focused operation.
• Exceptional communication skills, command of English language and personal confidence.
• Physically demanding position requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain banquet rooms as per event orders.
• Clean and maintain the function space before and after events.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand a Banquet Event Order in detail.
• Provide professional guest and team communication throughout events.
